Get ready for another Papergang review!!! You know I love this subscription box, I rave about it enough. I try not to write about it every month… but this one was such a goodie it needs a mention! The may box was in collaboration with Arden Rose whose book Almost Adulting is currently sitting on my amazon wishlist. Her Instagram is a dream so I just knew the picks for this months box would be too!
I particularly love the addition of a lovely note from her! It gave the whole box a lovely touch and I’m definitely feeling a lot more summery since opening it. You know I love a notepad and this design by Amy Lesko is super cute. I particularly love the word doodles on the side of the pencil as I swear I spend most of my days sketching down silly little things like this.
Next we have some beautiful greeting cards. One is by Amy Lesko again and with lots of birthdays coming up I’m going to enjoy giving this to someone. The other is an Ohh Deer design which although being quite dark, I really really love. The simple foiled ‘thank you’ says the message loud and clear, whilst looking classy on the shelf. I also feel like maybe people don’t send thank you cards as much as they once did and it’s a habit I’d really like pick up.
Hands down my favourite item in this months box is the lemon planner. Firstly, I love lemons (see my phone case) but on top of this I love the gorgeous orange colour they’ve picked for the background. The vintage style illustration makes it feel quite special AND it’s not dated so you can use it as and when you need it. This is such a plus as (apart from my happiness planner) sometimes the pressure of daily to-do lists and blank pages really needs up winding me up! I love being able to pick this up and then forget about it for a week. It’s also perfect handbag size as it’s quite diddy, but still big enough to write in comfortably.
This box also included a really handy pencil and some super cute doodle stickers (again from Amy Lesko) and I can’t wait to go a bit crazy with these around the house! As always there was also the riso printed calendar page. I’m still slightly annoyed I don’t have the clipboard to go with these but I should just buy it really.
Anyway, I completely loved this box, mainly because of the gorgeous planner. I just love lemons! Already looking forward to next months though…
